Why representation matters
Listings are public.
Good guidance is personal.
Finding homes online is only the beginning. Representation becomes valuable when information needs interpretation, trade-offs need perspective and a decision needs strategy.
Explore buying with Vidal & Co. →A search with direction
We turn your priorities, timing and financial parameters into a focused plan—and help adjust it as the market teaches us more.
Context at every showing
We help separate presentation from substance and keep the conversation connected to value, condition, fit and future plans.
Strategy when it matters
When the right home appears, we help you understand the evidence, the terms, the risks and the choices before you authorize an offer.
Continuity after acceptance
Your guidance does not stop at the offer. Conditions, professionals, deadlines, closing and moving remain part of one coordinated experience.

Your Home Tour Portal.
After several showings, small but important details become difficult to separate. Our private client experience creates an organized record of the homes you tour, bringing together consistent agent observations and the lifestyle factors that matter to you.
It is designed to help you revisit, compare and discuss your options with greater clarity. It is not a home inspection or professional opinion about a property’s condition.

Already working with Vidal & Co.?
Your agent sets you up. Your tours stay together.
Your agent will invite you to your Home Tour Portal before your first showing. As homes are added, you can record impressions, compare notes and revisit your favourites.
Look for your invitation
Your Vidal & Co. agent creates your buyer profile and emails your portal invitation before your first showing.
Follow your invitation
Use the invitation sent to the email address you confirmed with your agent. If it is missing or has expired, ask your agent to resend it.
Review and reflect
As your agent adds homes, keep your notes and scores, review your agent’s observations and compare your favourites.
Important before you sign in
Need a hand getting started?
If your invitation is missing or you cannot see a home you toured, your agent can help confirm your access and property records.
- Use the same email you gave your Vidal & Co. representative.
- Do not create a second account if a tour is missing.
- Contact your representative so the email or showing record can be checked.

Questions, answered clearly
Before your search—or between showings.
For advice about a specific property or your personal circumstances, speak directly with your Vidal & Co. representative.
01Do I need to be ready to buy before speaking with Vidal & Co.?+
No. A useful first conversation can happen well before you are ready to tour homes. We can help you understand the likely sequence, identify the professionals you may need and decide what preparation makes sense next.
02What does buyer representation mean?+
Representation creates a formal relationship in which the brokerage and its representative owe duties to you under Ontario’s real estate rules and the written agreement you enter. Your Vidal & Co. representative will explain the services, scope, duration and obligations before you decide whether to proceed.
03Is the Home Tour Portal available to everyone?+
The analysis is an exclusive part of the complete Vidal & Co. buyer representation experience. The public Buy guide is available to everyone; private tour records are available only to the represented client connected to them.
04Why is my Home Tour Portal empty?+
Your portal may be empty if your agent has not added a home yet or if your access needs to be checked. Use the invitation sent to the email you confirmed with your agent. If a toured home is missing, contact your agent rather than creating another account.
05Does the tour analysis replace a home inspection?+
No. Agent observations and your own impressions are not a professional inspection, engineering opinion or warranty. Where appropriate, your representative can help you understand how inspection or other professional advice may fit into your offer strategy.
06Can Vidal & Co. recommend mortgage, legal or inspection professionals?+
Yes. We can provide introductions to trusted professionals when helpful, while leaving the final choice with you. Advice about financing, law, inspections, insurance or tax should come from the appropriately qualified professional.
